Experience. Ms. Daurio obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario in 2001 and her Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2004. She was called to the bar of Ontario in 2005 and is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
Ms. Daurio completed her Articles with the Office of the Children's Lawyer and subsequently worked as a lawyer for a Children's Aid Society for eleven (11) years before entering private practice.
Ms. Daurio is the current Legal Services Director at Luke's Place and is a panel lawyer for the Office of the Children's Lawyer. In addition, she has presented at programs hosted by the Law Society of Ontario, has moderated panels at conferences and was elected to the Board of Directors of the York Region Law Association for a number of years.
Compassion. Ms. Daurio truly cares about her clients' experiences, and provides legal representation with a view to resolving family law issues in a cost-effective and wholistic manner. Ms. Daurio is mindful of the impact family law and escalating conflict can have on various relationships in her clients' lives.
Focus. Ms. Daurio takes the time to listen carefully to her clients' goals and to assess their needs on an ongoing basis. She is responsive and offers a customized approach to each client.
